Fenrich prides himself on the fact that he personally does much of the remodeling work for his company. He's backed by two expert craftsmen, as well as a team of some of the most experienced trade contractors in the business. He also has ties to a number of local banks for project financing.

Fenrich is a carpenter by trade with 36 years of experience. He worked for various home builders for over 20 years and has been owner and president of Lee Builders for the past 16 years. Fenrich is a graduate of the Union Apprenticeship Program and regularly attends continuing education programs to keep abreast of the latest products and trends in remodeling. In 2003, he completed NARI courses and exams to become one of very the very few certified remodelers in the Greater Cleveland Area.

A few of Lee Builders' more noteworthy accomplishments include the construction of an 8,800 square foot home in Beachwood, a major addition and remodeling of the former Bit of Budapest restaurant in Parma (presently Lone Star), and the renovations and maintenance of the old Sud's Maguire's Saloon in Olmsted Township. It's currently working on redesigning an apartment building in Bedford that experienced a roof collapse.

The National Association of the  Remodeling Industry (NARI) awarded Lee Builders third place in the 2002 Entire House Remodeling Contractor of the Year category for a remodeling project it completed in 2001. It also received various first, second and third place awards for its structural work and displays, in conjunction with Scott's Landscape, at the Home and Garden Show.
